Terms of Service

1. Engagement Framework

All commercial partnerships, strategic sprint deliveries, and digital implementations performed by ClicksBrew are governed by mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA).

2. Client Ownership of Assets

Upon full settlement of agreed project deliverables, clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom design tokens, Figma libraries, Next.js codebases, marketing automations, and ad creative developed specifically for their engagement.

3. Jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the United Arab Emirates.
